Plot: In part one of “Assistant Lab Rat” we saw James avoiding to be enslaved by enslaving his boss the brilliant doctor Alcone with her own control Tiara. Now in part two James has Doctor Alcone work on the “Bust Enhancer” so he can actually use the device to create the breasts he wants to see. For this purpose they have acquired a new test subject (Nicole) on whom they try out the Bust Enhancer… again…. and again… and again… until they finally manage to fix the quirky device.
