Refund and Delivery Policy
1. Digital Delivery & Membership Access Information
All content sold on HexxetsMagicComics is purely digital. No physical goods will ever be shipped to your address. We offer three distinct methods of digital delivery:
- Single Product Purchases: Upon successful payment verification in our shop, a unique download link will be instantly generated. This link allows you to save the purchased product directly to your device as a PDF or ZIP file. Links can also be accessed via your user account dashboard.
- Website Membership / Subscription Access: Upon purchasing a membership plan directly through our shop, you will be prompted to create an account during checkout. Once payment is successful, your new account is instantly upgraded. You can then log in to gain immediate, unrestricted access to browse the protected areas of the website and download any included comics directly from the archive database at your convenience. No individual download links are emailed for membership items.
- External Platform Memberships: For supporters joining via Patreon or SubscribeStar.art, access is delivered via automated account synchronization via custom webhooks upon successful verification of your active external pledge.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products and the instant activation of website archive and membership privileges, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a product download link has been generated, once membership access to the website archive has been granted, or once an external tier account has been synced.
- External Platform Refunds: Any refund requests, billing disputes, or subscription cancellations for pledges made via Patreon or SubscribeStar.art must be processed directly through those respective platforms and are subject to their specific terms. We cannot issue direct website refunds for payments processed by third-party subscription platforms.
3. Account Monitoring and Fair Use
Membership and archive access are intended for personal viewing only. Accounts showing automated scraping, massive bulk-downloading scripts, or unauthorized account sharing will be flagged by our security systems and may be terminated without refund, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
4. Technical Issues and Billing Errors
If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your purchased content, or if you accidentally purchased duplicate items, please contact us immediately at Support@hexxetsmagiccomics.com. We will manually review your account and ensure you receive proper access or a correction.
5. Cryptocurrency Refund Clause
Because cryptocurrency values fluctuate rapidly, any exceptional or courtesy refund approved by management will be calculated based on the original Fiat (Euro/USD) value at the exact moment of purchase. We will not issue refunds based on fluctuating token values or token quantities.
