1. Digital Goods & All Sales Final Policy
Due to the purely digital, immediate-access nature of our illustration portfolios, downloadable products, and online media items, all sales are final. Once digital assets have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, we do not offer manual transaction cancellations, credits, or monetary refunds.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased content, or if you accidentally purchased the exact same content twice, please contact our support immediately at support@hexxetsmagiccomics.com so we can manually review your transaction and assist you.
External Memberships Disclaimer: If your site access is granted via a subscription hosted on Patreon or SubscribeStar.art, your billing arrangement is governed entirely by those respective platforms’ corporate frameworks. Any billing disputes, tier adjustments, or refund cancellations regarding those off-site pledges must be handled directly on Patreon or SubscribeStar.
2. Cryptocurrency Volatility & Refund Valuation Disclaimer
In the exceptional circumstance where a technical refund is manually authorized (such as a verified duplicate accidental purchase), the following strict parameters apply to all cryptocurrency transactions processed through our payment gateway:
- Fiat Baseline Valuation: Any approved refund will be calculated and processed based entirely upon the original fiat currency baseline value (e.g., USD or EUR equivalent) at the exact time of the original purchase.
- Market Fluctuation Risk: Because cryptocurrency market values fluctuate constantly, the resulting crypto-asset amount pushed back to your wallet at the live spot exchange rate may vary significantly (higher or lower) from the digital asset amount you initially transferred.
- Network Fees: Any network transaction fees (gas or miner fees) required to send a refund over the blockchain network are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund payload.
- Incorrect Wallet Address: We are entirely absolved of liability if a refund is lost due to a customer providing an incorrect, incompatible, or mistyped destination wallet address.
3. SEPA Bank Transfer Refunding (When Applicable)
If you utilize SEPA bank transfer features in our store, any authorized technical refunds will be returned exclusively via a SEPA Credit Transfer directly to the originating European bank account.
- Processing Timelines: Unlike immediate account access, SEPA bank reversals are bound by standard banking network times and may take 1 to 3 business days to settle in your account.
- Fee Deductions: Any structural transaction processing or administrative routing fees levied by processing banks during a reversal will be deducted from your final refund balance.
4. Digital Delivery & Account Access Framework
All distribution on Hexxet’s Magic Comics is entirely paperless and instantaneous.
- Immediate Delivery: Upon successful verification of payment confirmation by our processing network, you will be automatically redirected to your secure download links (in the case of standalone comic book purchases), or your premium membership access will be instantly granted.
- Mandatory Account Creation: To purchase and maintain any premium site membership, you must create a customer account during the checkout process. This allows our system to instantly bind your access permissions to your secure login profile.
- Persistent Access & Re-Downloads: Customers can log into their private dashboard at any time to re-download their active digital purchases or access active membership content areas.
- File Formats: Purchased comic books are made available for manual download through your customer account panel or checkout redirect page as standard PDF documents or compressed ZIP archives.
- Technical Access Issues: If your network connection drops during checkout or your automated access fails to generate, please email us with your transactional details so we can manually restore your downloads or unlock your membership tier.
